Export Notes Software – How it Works?

Buying a product for which you don’t know the procedure to use will be a waste. So, it is essential for the product manufacturers that the products are usable. Easiness to use the product exceeds its demand in the market. Here is a simple procedure to use SysTools PST to NSF conversion tool, ‘Export Notes’.

The most obvious step to begin is to open the software: Go to Start menu » Programs » SysTools Export Notes

Below screenshot shows how your screen will appear:

» Click ‘Browse’ and select the database of Lotus Notes.


» Select the necessary file and click on the ‘Open’ Button.
Software shows the following screen:

» Now, click on ‘Start Scan’ button to start the scanning process of all the selected Notes Database as shown in the screen below:

» After the scanning, the software will show an alert box as below:

» Click ‘OK
Software will display all selected emails, journals, calendar, to do list, address book etc in the specific tabs as shown below:
To view emails, journals, calendar, to-do list, click on the respective tabs:

» After you view the files, click on the ‘Export tab’ 
You will see the list of items as shown below:

» Select or deselect the items and choose the Outlook Format you wish.


Note -
If you have MS Outlook 2000/2002/XP on your computer system then you should choose Outlook 2000/2002/XP (ANSI format) and if you have MS Outlook 2003/2007/2010 on your computer system then you should choose Outlook 2003/2007/2010 (Unicode Format).


After this, click ‘Start Conversion’ as shown below in the screenshot:

» Software will ask you to choose a location where you want to save the files.

 

» Click on the ‘OK’ button. Following screen will show up:

» Click ‘Export to Outlook’ button to proceed:

» After the files are exported, the software will show the following box which tells the saving location of PST Files along with their migration date and time:
